After buying a new Ramnode VPS, you have to setup the OS through the SolusVM panel. That's kind of odd considering you specify the desired OS while making the order. But okay, fine.
Now, the SolusVM credentials are different from the Ramnode credentials and they send them to you in an email in plain text . Argh, so much for security.
All of this could maybe be forgotten if Solus allowed you to do what's needed, but no such luck, login to SolusVM fails with this scary message: "You have been blacklisted".
After 40 minutes still no answer from Ramnode support.
Terrible first impression.
