Terms of Service
Please read these terms of service ("terms", "terms of service") carefully before using the https://www.vpsbenchmarks.com website (the "service"), known as VPSBenchmarks operated by Camino Cielo Cloud Services ("us", 'we", "our").
Conditions of UseWe will provide their services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.
About Our Service
VPSBenchmarks provides an online information platform that allows for the comparison of cloud servers. Our role is limited to providing informational resources. VPSBenchmarks is not selling cloud servers. VPSBenchmarks maintains the Website for your personal information, entertainment, and enjoyment. Please feel free to browse and use the site. At the same time, please remember that your access to the Website is subject to these terms of service as well as applicable laws. By accessing and using the Website you accept the terms of service without limitation or qualification and acknowledge that any other agreements you may have with VPSBenchmarks are superseded by the terms of service, to the extent that any conflicts exist.
The performance reports produced by VPSBenchmarks are snapshots of the performance of individual cloud servers purchased from cloud providers. We are not suggesting or implying that the performance of cloud servers of the same type by the same provider will perform similarly.
Content published on this website (digital downloads, test data, images, texts) is the property of Camino Cielo Cloud Services and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws. The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of Camino Cielo Cloud Services, with copyright authorship for this compilation by Camino Cielo Cloud Services.
All benchmark numbers published on this website are the property of Camino Cielo Cloud Services. Only us can decide whether or when test data, pages, charts, grades are added, modified or removed from the website.
Cloud providers whose servers are tested on vpsbenchmarks.com may ask for test results to be removed from by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and explaining the reasons for wanting it removed. We will evaluate the request and decide to remove the content or not.
Payment and Billing
All payments for services from VPSBenchmarks must be made before the service is provided.
If payment fails to be made in time for a customer order, we may remove all test results related to that order without notice.
Once the service is performed (VPS tests are completed), there will be no refund regardless of the test results.
Featured Provider Subscriptions
A trial is a set of tests run on a single VPS instance and their results. The VPS instance is the "product" of the provider. The type of product is called the "plan".
Featured Provider subscriptions guarantee providers a minimum number of trials of their products per time period.
VPSBenchmarks will take input from providers for selecting the plans that are tested as part of the subscription but the ultimate choice of the plans is made by VPSBenchmarks.
No test is ever repeated to replace the results of a first run.
A paying customer can request the trial results to be removed and we will remove them. No refund or extra testing will be performed as a result of this removal.
Subscriptions may be stopped at any time by the customer by notifying us at email@example.com and by stopping payments. Once the subscription payment stops, the related service will no longer be provided.
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at any time in our sole discretion. If the service is terminated by VPSBenchmarks but was paid for, VPSBenchmarks will refund the portion of the payment for which the service was not rendered.
After a subscription is cancelled for any reason, VPSBenchmarks may decide to remove all of the former subscriber related data from the website at any point in time.
Private trials is a feature where VPSBenchmarks connects to a server owned by a customer for running benchmarks. By starting a private trial, the customer agrees to give VPSBenchmarks full control over the tested server for the duration of the trial and also agrees the server may become unresponsive and inaccessible as a result of running the tests. The customer also confirms that no private or sensitive data can be found on the server.
It is strictly forbidden to reverse engineer the tools and the API of VPSBenchmarks that are setup on the private trial instance before and during the tests.
In addition, if the customer finds VPSBenchmarks source code or data on the private trial server after the end of the trial, the customer must destroy it immediately.
