Network Bandwidth Prices
These are the network bandwidth prices charged by cloud providers for outbound transfers from their VPS to the internet. Inbound transfers are free for all providers listed below unless noted otherwise.
Notes
- Price/GB is the price charged for bandwidth in excess of the free allowance (if any). It only applies to the "Allowance then charged" pricing model.
- "Allowance then charged" means you get N free GB bandwidth per month and the provider then charges for the excess bandwidth.
- "Allowance then throttled" means you get N free GB bandwidth per month and the provider then throttles transfer speeds.
- All free allowance numbers are for a basic 2 cores 4GB VPS plan or closest unless noted otherwise.
- Port speed is only reported for providers with unlimited bandwidth and that's the speed assigned to a basic 2 vCPU 4GB VPS plan.
- For providers who offer a "transfer pool", the free bandwidth allowance is pooled between all servers. So if you have 2 servers with 5TB allowance each, it is possible to spend 9TB on of of them and 1TB on the other one without exceeding the free allowance.
- If the provider sets different prices from different locations then prices reported here are from servers on the US East coast unless noted otherwise.
