Quality of Service 

VPS purchase is for 3 months of service minimum but Hostinger offers a 30 day money back guarantee.

VPS plans description don't include a number of CPU cores but instead it accounts computing power by GHz, so it depends on the server’s hardware. For VPS2 it can be 2-3 cores depending on the server’s CPU.
