UI Friendliness 
  • Rather slow UI.
  • Several errors with cryptic error message when creating VPC, instance or route.
Quality of Service 
  • Lets you go through all the steps to create the instance before telling you you needed to create a VPC first.
  • Odd sign up flow and timing for entering contact details and credit card information: in VPSB case it was requested when uploading the public SSH key to be used on the new instance (and of course it forgot all about the instance configuration when that was done).
