Launching of CentOS Stream 8 and 9 images

Clouding has just launched the CentOS Stream 8 and 9 preinstalled images. Our clients can now get CentOS Stream by choosing these images in the client panel.

CentOS Stream is a developer edition with a rolling release upgrade model. During its update cycle, instead of releasing a new version, with all its updated packages, it allows its users to update packages as soon as they are available in the repositories.

This CentOS edition is a stable and reliable platform for open source communities to grow on, enabling people from all walks of life and backgrounds to collaborate in an open environment.

We enjoy being our community’s facilitators. Our list of preinstalled images keeps growing with CentOS Stream, so our clients can have the software, app, and everything else they may need just two clicks away.

The preinstalled images that are available at Clouding cover:

• Within Linux: CentOS 6, 7 and 8 and CentOS Stream 8 and 9, AlmaLinux 8.5, Rocky Linux 8.5, Ubuntu 14.04, 16.04, 18.04 and 20.04, Ubuntu Desktop 18.04, Debian 9, 10 and 11.
• Within Windows: Windows Desktop 10 in English and Spanish, Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022.
• Regarding the Apps: WireGuard, LEMP, LAMP, Docker 18.04, WordPress 5, Ghost 3 and 4, Magento 2.4, PFSense 2.4.4, Prestashop 1.7 and Odoo 12, 13, 14 and 15.
• As to the Control Panels: HestiaCP, cPanel (latest version) and Plesk 18 Obisidian.
