EC2 t2.small is a good deal Oct 07 2014

Trying a new plan from Amazon this week. The plan a few months ago was pretty disappointing getting the worst response time of all providers.
This new plan called t2.small is unusual as it counts the VM usage of CPU credits. Above 20% of cpu usage, you earn credits, below you earn them. That works quite well for a web application such as our. It works even better because the CPU core that the VM shares with others is pretty damn fast. In the end this trial ended up being the fastest of tests VpsBenchmarks has conducted so far.
