OpenClaw 1-click installer on Contabo VPS
Contabo has introduced a one-click installation option for the OpenClaw AI assistant on its standard VPS infrastructure. You can run OpenClaw on Contabo’s entry-level Cloud VPS 10, which includes 8GB of RAM at a rate of €4.50 per month.
OpenClaw is an application where the VPS performance is not essential given how the model API calls are going to be so much slower than everything else (unless you want to run the AI model locally of course). Me, I run it very comfortably on a shared VPS with 2 EPYC Rome CPU cores and just 2GB of RAM.
There is no additional fee for the OpenClaw installation beyond the base cost of the VPS. This deployment path allows users to host a private assistant on existing cloud hardware without manual configuration of the OpenClaw environment.
